God moved in a mighty way at Calvary A/G in 1998. I just returned back from the Brownsville Revival with some of the youth and I was so hungry for a move of the Holy Spirit at our church. When we heard that there was going to be an evangelist at the church we were full of expectation. Honestly, when we first saw the Cain’s our expectations were lowered a bit. They were not flashy preachers; they did not yell or even try to stir up the crowd. They were very simple. Yet, as they began to worship you could sense the atmosphere change. What a powerful Anointing ushered into the church. The services were all marked with a rich and deep sense of God’s glory! My life was touched in a powerful way, as were many people in attendance. I can remember being so drunk in the Holy Spirit that I had to be carried out at the end of the evening.

They also did services at the school of the church. I never saw so many youth so dramatically touched by God’s Presence. School had to be cancelled the rest of the day because the children were under the power of God. So many kids were touched; they were nearly piled on top of one another. They were laughing, crying, and soaking in God’s glory. We had to explain to several parents what was happening to their children because they were not used to seeing the manifestation of the Presence of God. It was a glorious season of God’s Presence. We still talk about it to this day. God used the Cain’s in a powerful way in my life and many who were in attendance. I have been ruined by the Presence of God. More Lord!

I would like to share a brief testimony with you about a spiritual healing. My walk with the Lord was growing cold and prayer was boring and reading my Bible was a duty. I was finding nothing exciting about God or His word. As a matter of fact, I was beginning to wonder if God was doing or could do anything these days. I was beginning to grow angry and negative, because I knew where I should be and yet was not.

I could only feel coldness creeping in, and I was getting scared. Then He (God) sent the two of you [Eddie and Becky Cain], and WOW!!! The first night you were here you sang a song about the woman with the issue of blood and there is a verse in there that says “and suddenly a touch from heaven, Jesus came and rescued me”…etc. That is what He did for me.

I felt the power of the Holy Spirit touch me that night and I shook like a leaf on a tree and I began to weep and somehow I knew, that I knew, that I knew that God was and is and is still God and that He still moves and reigns. He rekindled the fire in me and I have decided that what God has I want and I’m going for it.

I thank you for allowing the Holy Spirit to minister through you. You create an atmosphere for Him to move. It’s very humbling to lie prostrate on the floor before God and allow Him to deal with you, but I would not pass up the chance for the world. I have regained the excitement and joy I had before and I have such a hunger for God. It’s exciting and I can’t wait to see what He does next.

I was reading the testimonies on this web page and began to feel that I didn’t really have anything special to share. God does not see it that way however. This testimony is for all of us who somehow believe God has to have something “major” to cure.Since the beginning of the revival meetings I have been given a silver filling, have had my lower back healed, and numbness in both of my feet healed. I give God all the Glory! The best part of all is that I have fallen head over heels in love with my Lord Jesus Christ! If you think that anything you are going through is insignificant to God you’re wrong. He cares about every area of your life.

On the morning of January 28, 1996, I woke up and couldn’t raise my right arm. I was in constant pain. After Sunday service, I went home and took some Motrin. It did not help whatsoever. Eddie and Becky Cain were in their second week of Revival at our church. I was working in the nursery that night. At 9pm I went down for prayer. Eddie asked me to raise my arms. I told him that I couldn’t raise my right arm. He touched my right shoulder, and I immediately felt a burning sensation in my shoulder. He then asked Becky to get the oil. Becky and Eddie put oil on my shoulder. The burning got hotter and hotter. My right arm started slowly to move up until it was over my head. The power of God was all over me. My shoulder has not hurt since. Praise God! Thank God for Eddie and Becky Cain and their ministry!

Dear Eddie & Becky,
I wanted to tell you about the healing I and my daughter received during your visit today. A short while ago I had gone forward for healing at one of our regular services and God told me that I would be fine. I wasn’t sure if that meant that I was healed, going to be healed, not have the symptoms, the doctors would be successful or what?

Though as the weeks went by I sensed in my spirit I was healed and then at another service God made me sure of it! I had just told my husband yesterday that I was healed and then today when Becky got up to share she said she had a word of knowledge that someone’s gall bladder was healed I almost fell off my chair! Then I sensed a slight burning in my gall bladder after she gave that word and I knew again that I had received complete and total healing! Then when Eddie called for those who wanted to receive healing to come forward I did for another physical need in my right leg and hip. I have had a problem there for seven and a half years and in the last year it has gotten really bad. I wasn’t able to even stand all the way through worship service, I couldn’t even carry my infant daughter for a second, and the circulation was now getting bad. Becky prayed with me and I felt the Holy Spirit “blow” on me several times.

Then after Becky moved on I laid my hand on my leg and that is when the Lord told me “Where ever you lay your hand you will be healed.” I did that for myself and my leg was finally healed.

The pain I was feeling at that time went away and by the time I got home my leg was totally healed! Now I can carry my daughter, run, walk for long periods, and best of all I was able to stand through the evening worship service without a twinge! I also laid my hand on my heart since I have been desiring purification there and on my mouth too for healing of gum disease. I am believing for miracles to come forth in these areas also. I know that God cannot lie and I am healed in these areas too. While I was still praying He told me to go get my daughter Jenna (who is developmentally delayed) and pray for her, laying one hand on her forehead and one on the base of her head. I did and He said “It is time.”

WOW am I excited. I have already sensed in my spirit this year (from now until this time next year) is going to be special for Jenna. I sensed that her complete healing was forth coming and today I heard God speak it! WOW!!!!!!!! I am so excited for her! God has something tremendous planned for her where He will get all the glory! Just wanted you to know so that you may rejoice with us! Hallelujah!
